I really can't recommend Mortgage Ability enough! It's been a long year, from putting our house on the market, to getting the keys for our new home. However I can't truly put in to words how grateful I am to Steven and Adam. At a time when the mortgages were all over the place, I rang Mortgage Ability on the off chance looking for advice. From the beginning Steven was straight talking and honest, which was refreshing from other advisors trying to over sell themselves. I felt comfortable talking to Steven, and all our questions were answered. Before we'd even decided to go with Steven, we were let down by another company and we felt ignored, yet Steven checked in with us regularly to see how we were doing as we were after a house in a particular street and he was always there to reassure us when we wasn't getting the best advice from estate agents. He couldn't have been more helpful. After getting our mortgage offer we dealt more with Adam, and he's worth his weight in gold! When the mortgage company was getting us to jump through hoops Adam and Steven were always there for us when we needed, answering our questions and dealing with our frustrations. Adam has kept all involved updated and chased the mortgage company and solicitors many times when their communication skills were lacking. He's supported us with all paper work when needed and actually explained all the solicitor talk in a way we could understand without making us feel daft. Even after paying our invoice the level of dedication, care and service provided by Steven and Adam was the best they could possibly provide. We were amazed, especially for the price we paid. When we bought our last house we paid more to another company and I feel we really did get less of a service. We also got help and advice from Amanda and Emma even though we wasn't their direct client. Adam made sure we knew he was just a phone call or an email away, even up until the day of getting the keys Adam was chasing solicitors to help hurry it along. They have so many clients and have been so busy, yet they still manage to make you feel like you're the only client. I've said all along if it wasn't for them both, this would have been so much more stressful, and I'd have felt like throwing in the towel and staying put.
