I have just booked my wedding and paid the deposit, the whole process was made very easy by Sarah. She explained the process in detail and walked through everything with me step by step. First we arranged a call to discuss what the options were for venue and reception and she talked me through them keeping in mind our budget. After I had chosen my options we spoke again where she put together the package and sent over the details with a suggested date that was reserved for us until we paid the deposit. Before paying the deposit, we went through the package once again to ensure I was happy with everything and to answer and other questions I had. I am now looking forward to choosing all of my options regarding flowers decor etc which come included in the package price. I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah and the wedding travel company for making the whole experience stress free and exciting.

Sarah made this experience as painless as possible! I am somewhat a disaster with organising and she helped me every step of the way with my millions of questions and ensured it was the easiest and cheapest of options! She truly cares about giving you the best day possible and the best service she can! We booked Kefalos beach hotel in Cyprus for 2028 and couldn’t be happier with the options available! We have just booked our wedding in Sorrento with Sarah who has helped from the very beginning email of interest after a phone call explaining what I was looking for Sarah sent over a list of venues with ideas and options tailored to us, she then arranged visits to 4 Venues, including transfer from the airport for us when we flew for a weekend to Sorrento in October. We met the lovely Nada who showed us around the venues and gave us more information and ideas. Today we paid the deposit for our dream wedding booked for September 2027 following a detailed quote from Sarah who was more than happy to help answer my long list of questions, Sarah has made this process stressfree and explained everything we needed to know in detail, we are extremely pleased with the wedding travel company so far and look forward to continuing to plan our special day with them. We chose this company as they were so transparent on the package, the pricing and the booking experience. As weddings are such an investment, I felt this was a huge benefit, being able to fully price up the wedding before committing. Our wedding planner Angel has been fantastic. She responded to every query super fast, gave great advice and made us feel special throughout. Angel you are a gem! Having reached out to other providers first I can honestly say that this service was far superior. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We couldn't be happier with the incredible support we’ve received from Eliza! she has been amazing—patiently answering all of our questions (and there have been a lot!). She has made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free, and her knowledge and guidance have given us so much confidence. We had a specific idea of what we wanted for our wedding, we visited and contacted a number of sites but the communication and care from Candice stood out from all the rest. She listened to our needs and delivered a number of options to suit them. Simply because of her caring nature and the ability to listen and take on board what we wanted I would say that Candice is a huge asset to the company and would give 5 stars for service. Before I discuss why i've written a 1-star review, i'd like to mention that the Wedding venue we chose in Malta was superb - it was in a very pretty location, and the venue was exactly what we wanted. The reason for the 1-star review is because we had a significant amount of stress as a result of the poor pre-wedding communication. We found that the areas listed below were what caused us the most stress. Lack of Communication - Once we gave the company our deposit for the Wedding, support was nearly non-existent :- not just right away but throughout the entire process, communication was poor even when there were only a few weeks to go. We felt like we were always the ones having to chase up what was happening with our Wedding. There was barely any communication from the company or the organisers, we were always the ones making the phone calls. This gave us a lot of uncertainty before we got Married about whether the day would go as planned. Poor Organisation - As the planning side of our Wedding was outsourced to Dreemz Planners, we found we were dealing with two companies rather than just one, in our experience we found this only complicated things even more, and we often struggled to get through to the right person to speak to about our Wedding / and to get information. Hidden Fees - We weren't told by the company what all the legal requirements were to get Married in Malta - when much later down the line, we found out we had to incur other financial costs (eg. an apostille fee of over £900 to get important documents sent abroad), this was prior to agreeing and paying the existing fees with the company. The deadline we had to get this done this was extremely short, we had just over 2 weeks to ensure this was completed from the date we became aware of the Apostille, and if it had been any later than this our marriage wouldn't be able to go ahead. After getting married, we've also had to pay for our Wedding certificate to be delivered to the UK - another fee that was not actually discussed with the company at any time, when these 2 aspects could have/should've been highlighted when we were initially booking the Wedding. Difficult staff - whenever we requested updates on certain aspects of our wedding, responses and phone calls from staff were rude and short tempered (both at this company and Dreemz Planners). We felt as though the staff at the company did not have the full resource to deal with the Wedding planning side of things, maybe this is because it is outsourced to other planning organisations rather than doing it themselves, but overall we found we had no assurance on this aspect of things. Left in the Dark on Updates - While we were planning the biggest day of our life, we hoped updates would be regular and thorough, with calls made to check how we were feeling/what we might be unsure of. This was not the case, and we felt very alone in the process of planning the Wedding. So, just be wary that if you are spending a lot of money for your wedding, make sure you're aware that you probably won't be supported fully in the way you'd expect on booking your Wedding. You won't just be dealing with this company - this company only really deals with the money side of the deal and what you owe them, but their support in terms of planning it is limited. For our Wedding, the planning was dealt with by another separate organisation (called Dreemz Planners - who we found were also very difficult to speak to). It is ashame that our experience was so stressful before the Wedding - when you are planning your big day, the one thing you want to be as minimal as possible is stress, and you hope that the company you are using will alleviate this. Regardless of all the stress we had with both this company and the other organisations they used to deal with our Wedding, our Wedding day still managed to go as planned, and most aspects of the day went went well, but we felt like the lack of assurance beforehand and the bad communication made the pre-wedding experience a lot more difficult/stressful than it needed to be.

We booked our wedding in Cyprus through The Wedding Travel Company and worked with Sue Kariolis in the UK. Sue was absolutely amazing, helpful, supportive and didn’t mind me constantly worrying and checking things. Felicity in the resort in Cyprus was also absolutely amazing, professional, supportive and spent the whole wedding day nearby. It was the best day of my life with absolutely stunning views. It was an absolute dream come true. Thank you Sue and Felicity.

Absolutely stunning location! We got married in Rhodes - the location was suggested to us by a couple of the staff at the wedding company and we are so impressed! The prices are very reasonable and the amount of support throughout the entire process was amazing. We had a completely stress free run up to the ceremony and the ceremony itself! We enjoyed every moment. The staff managed to sort out a few last minute issues that we had with the legal process and kept us updated the whole time. They were great at giving deadlines and prompts. They even supported once we were out in Rhodes too and we had a consultation with two of the ladies based in Rhodes. The make up artist and hairdresser was absolutely amazing too. They definitely make what could be a stressful process an enjoyable one. Would highly recommend xx

Our day was perfect from start to finish. So relaxed and stress free and everything we wanted was done to the highest standards. Charlotte was amazing and made sure everything was done as we requested. The makeup/hair was amazing, we had a room upgrade which was an added bonus. We’ve spent 2 years planning and emailing back and forward and Charlotte was very responsive and replied very quickly reassuring my questions or any concerns. Our photographer was also out of this world, we’ve only seen a handful of photos and they are incredible. The DJ was great and was able to do requested songs and even kareoke as the night went on. I would 100% recommend the wedding travel company to my family and friends. Amazing service by everyone involved, thank you so much!
