Unbelievable service… To give you a little history, I have had a problem with my foot for over a year. I had surgery in January not related to my foot but I started to get infection after infection every month after. After an MRI, Scan, blood tests and three emergency ambulance and numerous trips to the hospital without finding the solution and being told it was not my wound underneath my left foot I came to Boo and Harvey. I have seen Gabriela three times and it has been a revelation. My infection has gone and my wound is being treated at last. Gabriela is amazing. Polite and very professional. I am lucky to have such a competent specialist. I look forward to my foot being healed completely and have the utmost confidence in Gabriela. I cannot express enough how thankful I am. While I was impressed when I made initial enquiries, my two further experiences have not been so positive. On the first occasion, I was told on arrival that I was late. I was not. I was five minutes early. The staff found it impossible to believe that they had made a mistake. As a result, my appointment was concertinad into a third of the time I expected and I did not receive the full assessment that I had booked. Okay, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt as somebody had been taken ill - so I was told. Today, I arrived early but then waited until fifteen minutes past my appointment time until I was called in. The person appeared to do a reasonable job but spent the entire session clock-watching and basically refused to speak to me. There was no initial greeting, no questions that I might have expected from a medical practitioner, and when she had finished, she simply stood up, said "Done" and vanished through the door in an unseemly hurry. I realise that English is not her first language, but that was just rude and unprofessional. I've been subjected to less than perfect care in the NHS, but nothing quite like that. I don't expect such a poor - indeed outrageous- level of behaviour from a service from anyone, let alone from one for which I am paying.

Went to boo harvey to have nail removed, really nervous, see kayleigh who was lovely and reassuring . Procedure done very professionally, but most off all painlessly....the receptionist came in and talked to me all the time as i was very nervous.excellent experience .Thank you. Would highly recommend 👌

What a great place. Cathy was very friendly and I had a relaxing session in preparation for a pending operation, my feet feel wonderful. I also had laser treatment on a very inflamed knee, at no extra cost as it was a training session. I would recommend this for arthritis, it made a visible difference to the swelling and relieved the pain. Cathy told me about her plans to expand the business, which sound amazing.

Attended the Foot Centre today for the first time. Catherine was on reception and was very nice and chatty and informative. My actual appointment was with Kayleigh who was also very nice and did a really thorough treatment on my feet. I will definitely be going back and have actually booked my next appointment. Rude members of staff, little to no communication with customers. Not feeling they give a friendly service nor the treatment customers are paying for. Would definitely NOT recommend this company to family and friends. Lack of ppe, gloves, aprons. Very disappointed.

Had a fantastic luxury pedicure and paraffin wax treatment with Fausta today. I’ve come away feeling very relaxed and my feet are feeling very soft! Would highly recommend.

Catherine was most welcoming at my initial consultation. It was clear to me she loves her job and was very knowledgeable. Following my answers to questions and after an examination of my feet together with some tests, she made a diagnosis and provided me with a useful amount of information. The final foot massage was most relaxing and I left feeling very good about the experience. I shall definitely go back.
